Bag Filter Housings Models FI-100 & FI-200

The FI-100 and FI-200 are compact, space saving filters designed for flow rates up to 160 USGPM.

The filter housings contain woven wire mesh retainer baskets which offer a more effective filtration area compare to perforated plate. Concord Screens filter bag media plus ease of change out will result in a savings of up to 70% compared to cartridge filter systems.

The FI-100 filter housing is designed for continuous flow up to 80 USGPM and for small batch operations. The new basket design and seating arrangement eliminates the need for a gasket at the basket flange.

The FI-200 filter housing is designed for continuous flow up to 160 USGPM and has all the same features as model FI-100.

Typical applications include filtration of paints, petro-chemicals, pharmaceuticals, water floods, injection water, resins, solvents, inks, chemicals, molten sulphur and adhesives.
