Double Bag Filter Housings - Model FI-400 The FI-400 double filter housings are designed for flow rates up to 360 US gpm. The filter housings contain woven wire mesh retainer baskets which offer a more effective filtration area compared to perforated plate. Concord Screen’s filter bag media plus ease of change out will result in a savings of up to 70% compared to filter cartridge systems.

The FI-400 filter housing is designed for continuous flow up to 360 US gpm and for large batch operations. The new basket design and seating arrangement eliminates the need for a gasket at the basket flange.

Typical applications include filtration of paints, petro-chemicals, pharmaceuticals, water floods, injection water, resins, solvents, inks, chemicals, molten sulphur and adhesives.
